- Resolution: That the minutes of the previous General Meeting of Maida Vale Primary School P&C Association taken as read and confirmed as a true and accurate record.
- The minutes are to be displayed on the P & C notice board and put on the school website via Carolyn Orr.

1.1. Mel met with Lowes, good meeting . They will make up samples and come back for a meeting with Mel and Darren in four weeks , looking at prices and items.
1.2. Lowes have a reward system where 5% of sales come back to the school
1.3. May open a shop in Midland
1.4. Leavers shirts and jackets due at the end of this month
1.5. Uniform shop has lots of skorts and boot leg pants left in stock so will try and sell them at this Fridays Assembly

1.1. It was suggested that an inventory of equipment such as eskys, tressel tables etc. be compiled so new and existing committee members know what is available for use during fund raising events

11.1 The canteen has 3 new volunteers
11.2 Sales have been increasing week on week and steady sales have come from “pop-up specials” & Staff only meals
