“ SHORT TENDER NOTICE”

Separate sealed and super scribed Tenders are invited by this office for supply following materials from the reputed suppliers, Manufacturers on their letterheads so as to reach this office on or before 25/03/2008 up to 14.00 hrs. The Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. 25/03/2008 at 15.00 Hrs. if possible in presence of Tenderers / representative who ever choose to be present at time.

PVC insulated (type A) colour coded laid up with filler and / or binder tape where necessary, provided with extruded PVC inner sheath single galvanized round steel wire armoured and provided with PVC outer sheath. Both inner & outer sheath shall be of type ST-I as per IS: 5831/1984 and cable shall be confirming to IS – 1554 (Part-I) 1988 (amended up to date) and bearing ISI mark.

(B) ‘T’ connectors suitable for ACSR dog conductor.
(c) Pad clamps for 33 KV isolator.
The clamps & connectors shall comply with all currently application standard and of Dharia / SKIC make with test certificate. / 5.00 lakh / 5,000/-

Terms and Conditions

1)  Rates should be Inclusive of all taxes, duties , etc. if any tax or duty required extra

should be mentioned clearly, otherwise will be treated as Inclusive.

2)  Octroi shall be borne by company. Necessary forms to be collected from store.

3)  Tenderers should quote the Rates for the material specified in T-39 & T-40 each, in

figures as well as in words.

4)  The tenderers should mention CST0 –VAT / TIN & BST – VAT / TIN No. as

applicable in the offer without which offer shall be liable for rejection.

5)  Ernest money should be paid on or before Dt. 25/03/2008 up to 13.00 Hrs. by

cash or by demand draft drawn in favor of “ The Superintending Engineer, O & M

Circle, M.S.E.D.C.L. Amravati.” Cheques will not be accepted.

6)  The offers shall be submitted in separate sealed envelop on or before dt.25/03/2008

and up to 14=00 hrs.

7)  Tender received late & without EMD will not be accepted. Those who are exempted

from payment of EMD should clearly indicate on front of cover of sealed envelope

the reason for exemption of EMD. Merely writing exemption from EMD without any

documentary proof will not be accepted & the offer will be liable for rejection.

8)  Tenders will opened on dt.25/03/2008 at 15=00 Hrs., if possible. Rates should

stand firm at least for three months & should include general packing & forwarding

charges.

11)  Delivery :- Rates should be quoted for delivery F.O.R. Major Stores, Amravati.

12)  Delivery period: - Delivery of material will be required within 30 days.

13) The conditions of advance payment will not be accepted.

15) The undersigned reserved the right to cancel any or all the tenders in full or part

without assigning any reasons thereof.
