NOTE:-
1. Form Renewal of Registration, the form received from the candidate should have Attested form and Photograph from the Competent Authority/Embassy at the place of her working and photocopy of Visa
2. For Forwarding the forms of Candidates in various Foreign Countries permit to verify original certificates.
3. If Some authorities received Renewal of Registration of candidate submit her/his identity in Council.
