Magnus Infrastructure Specific Information

Entry Spec / To be handled on a case by case basis.
Exit Spec / ·  Oil spec : TVP and BS&W etc. In line with Ninian Pipeline System requirements.
·  Gas spec: Hydrocarbon and water dewpoint. H2S and CO2. In line with downstream system requirements e.g. FLAGS.
Primary separation processing facilities / Magnus fluids are processed via two parallel trains of oil, gas and water separation, each with two stages, high and low pressure. Separation facilities remove water and solids and stabilise produced oil to export pipeline specification.
Gas treatment facilities / Gas plant facilities dehydrate and condition produced gas to export pipeline specification. Specifications exist for hydrocarbon and water dewpoints, CO2and H2S content of export gas. Fuel gas is supplied for power generation and spare gas compression utilised to circulate lift gas to accelerate oil production. A high pressure injection compressor can import gas from oil producing facilities located to the west of Shetland or inject Magnus reservoir gas to give enhanced oil recovery, (EOR). Facilities also exist for the crossover and metering of import gas for export.
