1) The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with inoculations, proper nutrition, which consists of a good quality professional feed given at regular intervals, and fresh water available at all times. The Buyer promises to provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow the dog to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. The Seller strongly recommends that the puppy/dog be micro-chippedin order to facilitate his return if lost or stolen.

2) The Seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be of sound health and temperament at the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and/or worming will be provided by the Seller. Seller will give a refund for death of puppy within 3 days if puppy becomes sick and dies within 3 days. (Only for disease that is sellers fault. No refund will be given for accidental death such as drowning, accident, choking etc.( Puppy worms, ear infections, diarrhea and other curable normal puppy ailments are not of concern and are treatable. Puppy will not be refunded or replaced for said ailments.) Puppy must be returned to seller within the 3 day time frame) The Buyer agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice for a physical examination. Should puppy/dog be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which the Seller is clearly to blame (genetic defect only), the dog may, upon a signed written diagnosis from said licensed veterinarian, be returned for refund of the purchase price within 3 days. The Seller assumes absolutely no responsibility for fees associated with caring for the puppy/dog.

3)Health Guarantee- Seller will give a 1 year health guarantee for puppy. This is for genetic defects only.

If within 1 year from date of birth puppy is found to have genetic defects that will affect puppy for life puppy will be replaced with a new puppy.(Buyer understands that Magic Rain Ranch is not a large kennel facility and therefore has limited puppies per year. Buyer understands that if puppy must be replaced there may be a waiting period for next litter and that new puppy will be a form of Goldendoodle but may not be exact puppy type that they are getting now .) This guarantee does not cover, accidental death by drowning ,car accident, choking,theft etc. it does not cover sickness due to disease such as Parvo, rabies, distemper or parasite induced diseases . (Please be careful with your new puppy! Highly contagious disease exists and can be caught in a pet store, dog park, side of rode, or even a friends backyard. Please follow your vets vaccination schedule anddeworming time frame for disease immunity.) Puppy must be returned to seller immediately (dead or alive) with a vets written health documentation. Diagnosis of hip dysplasia must be verified by the OFA. Seller has right to obtain own veterinarians recommendations. Seller is not responsible for vet fees, shipping costs or any other bills acquired by buyer.

This guarantee is non transferable. Should buyer relinquish ownership of puppy for any reason, guarantee will be deemed null and void.

The following must be true in order for a puppy to be replaced.

a. all shots are and have been kept current. Shot records must be provided to seller.

b. puppy has not been abused and has been kept in a clean and healthy environment.

c. puppy has been spayed/neutered in the correct time frame and or puppy has not been used for breeding

4) If at any time the Buyer can no longer retain possession of this dog, seller will take dog back for rehoming with no questions asked. No fees will be exchanged or asked for. This is to guarantee that our puppies will never be placed in a shelter or humane society.

5) The Buyer agrees to contact the Seller immediately if any questions or concerns arise about the dog, such as housing, diet, or health.

6)If Registration papers are available, they will either be provided at time of sale of the puppyor transferred to the Buyer immediately upon receipt from CKC if they are still being processed. It is understood at the time of sale that this is a pet quality dog and it is representative of its breed. Training classes are highly recommended for a happy relationship between the dog and family. Puppies CKC name is required to be Magic Rain ______.

7) Buyer understands that while we expect puppies to be non shedding, seller cannot guarantee a non shedding puppy due to the nature of breeding two very different breeds. Puppy coat should be expected to shed out and unusual spots on fur with different feel and or texture can be normal for the goldendoodle. These spots usually even out as puppy ages . No refunds or exchanges will be given for a coat type that buyer becomes unhappy with. Size is also not guaranteed.
