How the Silent Auction Bid Board Works
We are excited to announce that the Silent auction will be held using a “Bid Board.” Bid Board procedures are listed below:
- To place a bid on a Bid Board item, fill out the bid form (use the blue colored slips for the blue auction and the white colored slips for the white auction). Enter the item number, bidder number, and amount bid on the slip. All bids must be in whole dollar amounts.
- Take your bid to a “Bid Taker” located at the front of the room by the Bid Board screen or give to one of the “Bid Takers” who will be coming to the tables to pick up bids.
- Bids will be posted on the screens at the front of the room.
- Bids must be placed or given to a Bid Taker before the auction closes to be considered valid.
- In the event that more than one bidder submits the same high bid for an item, those bidders will be presented with a new bid form to make a final bid to break the tie. The highest bidder wins.

You can help The Mount beautify and protect our campus with custom fencing beginning with the NEW parking lot. The fence is galvanized, black ornamental iron with 7 foot brick pillars topped with custom capstone caps. This fence will put the finishing touches on our parking lot renovation.

Dessert Auction
Have a great sweet to eat tonight by bidding in our Dessert Auction. All of the delicious desserts are located on the Dessert Auction tables. Just pick your favorite and use the auction sheet by that dessert to place your bid – but keep a close eye on your choice to be sure you are not outbid! The Dessert Auction will close at the end of dinner.
