Approve the motion to rescind the Board’s previous action not to enter into
the Intergovernmental Agreement with Venice School District #22
In the event the Board rescinds its previous action, the Board will
consider the following action item:
Approve the motion to enter into the Intergovernmental Agreement
with Venice School District #23
Approve the request from Joe Willie Roberts for the use of the MAHS and
MAMS for the purpose of Girls and Boys Basketball League for children
between the ages of 10-18 JWRYC is requesting use of the facility Monday –
Friday evenings from 6:00p.m. – 8:00p.m. (based upon availability) beginning
May 14, 2007 thru August 31, 2007. JWRYC will be responsible for all
custodial fees #24
Approve the request from Joe Willie Roberts and the Venice Park District
for the use of Madison CUSD #2 bus services for a six week summer program
to begin July 2 and end August 9, 2007 between the hours of 10:00am – 3:00p.m. Monday – Thursday. The Park District will be financially responsible for
fees related to service. #25
