UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1.  Consideration to approve the Fire Pension Fund investment policy.

This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.

2.  Consideration to approve extending the intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the Macomb Park District for Spring Lake and Spring Lake Park recreational facilities for one year.

This was discussed at committee last Monday and final action will be in order.

3.  Consideration of an ordinance to set compensation for Elected City Officials.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

4.  Consideration to authorize a 2 ½% wage increase for non-union and management employees for the City of Macomb.

This was discussed at committee last week and final action will be in order.

5.  Consideration of an ordinance to amend the city fee schedule to increase water rates by amending 24-3 and increase sewer rates by amending 24-2 of the Municipal Code.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

6.  Consideration to authorize the purchase of 30 Drager self contained breathing apparatuses for the Macomb Fire Department in the amount of $119,850.00.

A memo from CA Torreson is attached for review. This was discussed at committee last week and final action will be in order.

NEW BUSINESS

1.  Consideration to approve and adopt City of Macomb FY2015 Public Transportation Budget.

There is a copy of the FY2015 Budget for your review. Final action is in order.

2. Consideration to adopt a Resolution for the provision of Public Transportation service (Section 5311) State of Illinois, to help offset certain operating deficits and administrative expenses for providing public transit.

A copy of the Resolution is attached. Final action is in order.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to provide for public transportation in Macomb and McDonough County, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for review. Staff has requested waiving of second reading due to time constraint of deadline. Final action will be in order.

4. Consideration to adopt a Resolution Acceptance of Special Warranty (Section 5311) Federal Transit Act of 1964 making funds available.

A copy of the resolution is attached. Final action is in order.

5. Approve Right of Way Agreement between the City of Macomb and James Burnham, providing for the City to construct three private accesses to farm land in exchange for a Right of Way for East Street Construction project.

A copy of the agreement is attached for review. Final action is in order.

6. Approve Proposed Amendment to ATT Contract.

A copy of the proposed amended contract is attached for review. Final action is in order.
