3:10 PM McCallum High School Band 1 warm-up begins

3:40 PM McCallum High School Band 1 performance begins

(On-stage performance review immediately following performance)

3:50 PMMcCallum High School Band 2 warm-up begins

4:20 PM McCallum High School Band 2 performance begins

5:20 PM Depart Eisemann Center for Medieval Times

This departure time is extremely critical. Prompt arrival at Medieval Times is mandatory.

6:00 PMArrive at Medieval Times

Medieval Times requires all groups to arrive one hour prior to show time.

7:00 PM Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament

Menu includes Garlic Bread, Tomato Bisque Soup, Roasted Chicken, Spare Ribs, Herb-Basted Potato, Pastry of the Castle and Two Rounds of Select Beverages and Coffee.

9:00 PM Depart for Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre

9:30 PM Arrive and check-in at Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre

CONCERT ATTIRE

Transport concert attire in labeled MAC BAND hanging bag.

  1. Girls—black band concert dress, black hose, black dress shoes
  2. Guys—black tuxedo, white tux shirt, black socks, black dress shoes (Bow ties will be distributed at the performance site)

ATTIRE FOR MEDIEVAL TIMES

  1. Girls—slacks/nice jeans/skirt, blouse, casual dress
  2. Guys—slacks/nice jeans, collared shirt

ATTIRE FOR SIX FLAGS

1. Shorts/jeans/t-shirts, etc….school dress code

LUGGAGE

One suitcase allowed per student (please LABEL with name, school, city)

INSTRUMENT/MUSIC

Each student should LABEL his/her instrument with name, school, city.

Bring your music!!!

MEALS

Bring a sack lunch for lunch on Friday, April 17. Students may share ice chests to store cold drinks, etc. You may also bring snacks.

Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament

Guests of the castle enjoy and authentic medival feast whilte cheering their knight to victory as he competes in games of skill, hand to hand combat and jousting.

Dinner menu includes:

Garlic Bread, Tomato Bisque Soup, Roasted Chicken, Spare Ribs, Herb- Basted Potato, Pastry of the Castle and Two Round of Select Beverages

and Coffee

All other meals are included in your trip price:
