However she comments that he appears weak and only able to walk 75 feet without assistance. She also reports that he needs assistance with his instrumental activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning and also needs some assistance with his activities of daily living such as bathing or grooming. She expresses some concern about him living alone particularly since the Home Health Aide is there for just 4hours a day,5 days of the week. She requests instructions from you as to what to do?
