The following Terms & Condition shall be included in the contract.

1Period of Employment: Two years (renewable)

2Place of Employment: Doha, Qatar

3Air Ticket: Joining the contract company for the first

Time (KTM-DOHA) and the up & down Air ticket will be provided after the completion of two year contract.

4.Working Hours: 8hrs per day, 6 days per week (48hrs per week)

5.Over time: As per Qatar Labour law

6.Probation Period: 90 days from date of Entry in Doha Qatar and 21 days paid leave provided by company.

7.Resident permit : Resident permit will be provided by the company free of cost.

8.Accommodation/Food: Provided by company.

9.Water, Electricity, Gas: Provided by Company.

10.Medical Insurance: Provided by company.

11.Transportation (Bus): Provided by company.

12.Uniforms and Safety materials: Provided by company.

13.Service Gratuity and Leave pay: Provided by company.

14.Service charge in Nepal Embassy: Not provided by company employee has to pay.

15.Other Terms and Condition: AS per Qatar Labour Law.

AGENCY AGREEMENT

In the name of his Almighty, this agreement is between two parties 1stRAINBOW CONTRACTING CO., P.O. BOX: 20211 DOHA, QATAR, here in after called the First Party and M/s. Rapid International Pvt. Ltd. Govt. Lic. No: 577/062/063, Kathmandu, Nepal as Second Party and hereby both parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions and undertake to implement accordingly for the recruitment of 165 workers from Nepal.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. This Agreement will be valid for 2 years from the date of agreement.
  1. The second party will process for the stamping the visa after received all necessary documents.
  1. The first party will send the visa documents such as demand letter, Power of Attorney, Work Agreement and the Bank Voucher to the second party as soon as possible.
  1. The second party will send the worker within 2 years from the date of receipt the original visas.
  1. The second party will send the workers to the first party as per condition mentioned in the Demand letter.
  1. The second party will send the workers to the first party and the cost of Air Tickets will be borne by the 1st party.
  1. All other terms and conditions not maintained will be as per the mutual co-operation.
  1. The First party will give the visa to second party without any charges (Free visa).

EMPLOYMENT WORK AGREEMENT

  1. That the 1st Party shall pay to the 2nd party a monthly salary of ______plus overtime accordingly to Qatar Labour Laws.
  1. The 1st party should provide 2nd parties’ free medical, free Food, Free Insurance and free bachelors accommodation facilities during the period of contract in Doha, Qatar.
  1. That the 1st party shall provide free transportation from resident to the work site.
  1. The period of contract is for 02 years and every year 21 days will provide paid leave from company.
  1. That the 1st party shall bear the Air passage cost from Home Country Kathmandu to Doha, Qatar for joining the service (the return ticket would provide after completion of this 2 years agreement only.)
  1. Daily working hours shall be 08 hours. (One-day holiday in a week).
  1. That this agreement shall come in effect from the date of arrival of the 2nd party in Doha, Qatar.
  1. That the 2nd party should undertake to abide by the instruction and rules enforced by the company in Doha, Qatar.

In order to execute the worker’s labour clearance our company is fully responsible to pay for the joining ticket and visa cost. However, the service charges payable in Nepal will have to be borne by the worker themselves as per the current rules of Nepal Government.

Subject : Application of Guarantee and Undertaking.

I, the sponsor/Director of the Rainbow Contracting Co. P.O. Box. No: 20211, Doha Qatar(Company registration card attached herewith), authorized legally to decide and sign this undertaking hereby declare the following:

  1. The attached Demand Letter, Power Of Attorney, Agency Agreement, Employment Contract and all other documents submitted herewith are the part of this undertaking.
  2. The Embassy of Nepal shall be informed of the arrival of the employees within three months with their profession, salary, status of residence permit.
  3. Embassy of Nepal and its officials can have the access to the accommodation of the employees and office for the purpose of inspection.
  4. The salary of the employees shall be given within two weeks of the completion the every working month. The employees shall not be deprived of basic salary in case of failure to provide them employment by the employer even for a short period.
  5. All the employees shall be provided with time card for calculation of overtime allowance.
  6. The employees once recruited directly by the company or through its authorized recruiting agency, will not be relegated or downgraded in terms of position, salary, benefits and work at any costs. The position and category of the employees shall be decided only prior to selection and recruitment.
  7. The photocopy of employment contract issued by the company and certified with original sign and stamp with authorized recruiting agent at the time of departure from Nepal will be considered as legally valid contract for the purpose of clause No. 6 mentioned above and no contract shall be made with less salary and benefits after arrival.
  8. Fees/cost of residence permit, medical, electricity, water, accommodation shall be solely born by the employer. Employer shall also bear the fines, if any, because of the delay in the processing of above cases.
  9. The employees shall be repatriated within one month after the completion of the contract with all his rights except in the cases mutually agreed to stay longer.
  10. Employer shall be fully responsible for the salary and other facilities of employees even if they are supplied to others employer/s.
  11. In case of any misunderstanding/dispute between employer and the employee/s. The Nepal Embassy shall be contacted first for the amicable settlement of the grievances.
  12. All other terms and conditions not mentioned herein shall be subject to the legal provision of the State of Qatar.
