Minutes of the meeting on Thursday 5th April 2012 in the Village School at 7:30 pm.

PRESENT were: Cllr M Munford, (Chairman), Cllr R Miller, Cllr Taylor, Cllr P Talbot, and Mr T Watton (Parish Clerk).

1.  APOLOGIES – Cllrs Dyball, Wilson and Wood.

2.  DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST: There were none.

3.  Minutes of meeting held on Thursday 2nd February 2012 were unanimously agreed as an accurate record and were signed by the Chairman.

4.  MATTERS ARISING.

6/2011/0410 DR J HOLLAND, Sandpipers, Eldons Drove BH16 6HH. Formation of new outdoor menage. PASS shows that this application has been approved by PDC.

6/2011/0686 Mr & Mrs Warr, Peatons Farm, Dolmans Hill, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6HP. Variation of condition 2 of PP 6/2001/0870 to permanently retain dwelling. Demolish existing porch and erect single storey extension. PASS shows that PDC have still not yet determined this application.

6/2011/0688 Mr & Mrs M Abbott, Ash Farm, Eddy Green Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6HL. Demolish existing dwelling and erect detached dwelling. PASS shows that PDC have now approved this application.

6/2011/0771 Mr and Mrs Percy, 1 Spy Close, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6DQ. Demolish existing detached garage and erect single storey side extension to provide integral garage, enlarged bedroom and additional bedroom. Erect side porch. PASS shows that PDC have refused this application. 6/2012/0016 Mr S Jewers, 103 Wareham Road, L Matravers, BH16 6DY. Erect two storey side extension and single storey rear extension and front porch. PASS shows that PDC have not yet determined this application.

6/2012/0034 Mr M Taylor, 5 Landers Reach, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6NB. Conversion of existing garage into kitchen, insert window into side elevation and install two sets of French doors on rear elevation. PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.

6/2012/0056 Mr A Wood, 8 Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, BH16 6DP. Erect front porch. PASS shows that PDC have approved this application.

7.  6/2012/0193 Mr & Mrs Hannam. 104 Wareham Road Lytchett Matravers BH6 6DT. Erect rear conservatory. NO OBJECTION, provided the windows on the side adjacent to 106 Wareham Rd are fitted with obscured glass to address any concerns regarding overlooking that property

8.  6/2012/0195 Mr T Morrell. Forest Hill Farm, Rushall Lane, Lytchett Matravers. Demolish garage and conservatory. Erect first floor extension, conservatory and garage. NO OBJECTION.
