LUNCHTIME CLUBS Years 1-6

Dear Parents/Carers,
Lunchtime clubs are back for the Summer term. Thank you to Hilary, our Schools and Children’s Worker and our teaching staff for sharing their time and talents once again.
Please have a look at the list of club choices with your child and if they would like to join a club return the preference slip to the school office by the end of the day Thursday 28th April at the latest. Please check the club year groups and timings carefully.
When all the requests come in we will then allocate the children to a club of their choice. Places are limited and therefore we will draw names out of a hat if clubs prove popular, so that all children have a fair chance of attending their first choice. I will let the children know in school on Tuesday 3rd May which club they will be attending. Clubs will run for 8 weeks, commencing the week beginning the 2nd May and finishing the week beginning the 27th June.

CLUB CHOICES – Summer 2016
Children will have the opportunity to choose ONE club this term.
XPLODE is a lunchtime club run by the Schools Team from Wareham Parish. Xplode will include storytelling, drama, games, craft, music and prayers, all with a Christian focus in keeping with the ethos of our school, and will of course be fun!
YEAR 6 HOME LEARNING CLUBS run each week, please ask class teachers for details. No need to sign up; just drop in when you need to.
