Cicely to start working on fall kickoff which will include food drive this year and possibly Rita’s water ice

Leslie to give out two LYA awards at 8th grade graduation

Uniform orders must be in 6/19

Natalie to meet with new Dicks sporting goods rep

August 13th will be Dick’s sporting goods day

Model’s wants to do team week

Natalie to check with Lynn about Chevy sponsorship (ball bags for coaches)

F license class is July 15-16

Blue paint needs to be ordered to line the “Build Out” lines for small sided fields

Luis and John met with Matt from Challenger

We need to get volunteers to coach

LYA website will have link that goes to Challenger site for parents to register for rec

Details needed to be worked out with sponsors who have kids playing rec

Boys Club

Team Registration is open on the SJSL website (Bonzi) and closes July 10th. Some members are having trouble with registering, please let Bill B. know if they are.

Got Soccer Website is also open, but will have a “quiet” period at the end of July to beginning of August. The League suggested that the club reps or president create the new teams so that coaches don’t mess it up

All game schedule requests need to be in by 7/18

A revamped “Fact Sheet” will be out any day now.

7/18 final registration payment is due. They will be only accepting IN PERSON payment. No more mailing checks.

9/6 8pm Mandatory Coaches Meeting for U11 and UP ML Hotel in Mount Laurel

9/7 8pm Mandatory Coaches Meeting for U8 to U10 Wyndham Hotel in Mount Laurel

Future Rep meetings will no longer be held at the PYAA building. The league is pursuing other options.

Girls Club

6/25 registration closes for fall 2016

7/11 ratings meeting at Pennsauken Middle School time TBD

8/29 730pm mandatory coach and club rep meeting

9/10-11 Opening weekend of fall 2016

10/8-9 No league games- Columbus weekend

10/17 730pm league meeting at Pennsauken Middle School

11/19-20 last weekend of league scheduled games

11/21 730pm League meeting at Pennsauken Middle School

All teams need to provide a team rep to attend board meetings starting in September to help with open roles on board

Leslie will be stepping side as girls club rep, John V. will help with this

Board agreed that financial aid is to help in short term situations not to be given annually to same families
