Focus Math 7 Quarter 4 Homework Assignment

LT2: I can advocate for myself when I am struggling.

Directions

  • During 4th quarter, complete 4 advocating forms by Thursday, May 28th. This is approximately, 1 form every 9 school days.
  • You may only complete one form per day.
  • At least 1 of the 4 forms MUST be completed with Ms. VanDerWerf.
  • These forms may NOT be completed during class time or advisory. You may work with a Ramsey Staff Member BEFORE school, during LUNCH, or AFTER school.
  • See the chart below for a list of teachers you may work with. Please pre-arrange a 10-15 minute time to get together with the teacher.

  • You must fill out the pink sheet with a question you want help on before working with a Ramsey Staff Member.
  • Here is the Rubric of how the work will be graded:

4: Exemplary / 3: Proficient / 2: Partially Proficient / 1: Not Proficient
