Please see the guidelines below for Honor Council. Please note that there are requirements for each part along with some options. Most of these items you already complete, so simply document and attach them to the subsequent forms. For the options, they are condensed on the pages, but feel free to space them onto single pages if you would prefer. Please submit in a binder or folder with pages attached together. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Part I

Membership

Required Items(must complete each):

  1. Officer Report Form

An online Officer Report Form must be submitted to ILA no later than June 30, 2016. This

form is located on the ILA website in the council leader section. All officers must be current

members of ILA. (no form – verified with State Coordinator by committee) (I-1)

  1. 10 ILAMembers

Include the names and membership numbers of ten ILA members. Council officers may be

counted in the ten required ILA members. (I-2)

  1. Submit Quarterly Membership Reports (October, January, and April) to LRA Membership Director (I-3)—MUST be submitted these months even if no new members. Can submit more than these three times.
  2. Membership Campaign (I-4)

Part II
