Dear Community Member,
We are asking for your support on behalf of the Lower Dauphin Band Boosters, a non-profit organization that provides financial and functional support to the music programs in our school district. The Boosters are now selling advertising space in the Program for our 2017 Falconland Invitational Show.
The annual Falconland event will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at the Lower Dauphin High School. The show features Indoor Drumlines, Color Guards, Twirlers and Dancers, and draws hundreds of people locally! We are asking area businesses to purchase advertising space in our program or consider sponsoring a trophy to give out to our Falconland participants.
By advertising or sponsoring the show, you will not only be promoting your business, you will also be helping young people pursue their goals in music and dance! When you purchase an ad or sponsorship from a student, a portion of your advertising dollars go directly into that student’s band account. Students use these funds to pay for trips, band camp and other band fees.
Advertising space in our professionally printed program is available at the following price options:
Full Page (7½” x 10”) $100
Half Page (7½” x 5”) $60
Quarter Page (3½” x 5”) $40
We also are looking for a few special “Platinum Sponsors” who will receive a full page ad within the program, will have their name and/or company logo printed on the back cover of the program, and will have their name announced during the show. Plus - new for this year - our Platinum Sponsors will also have their name and/or logo printed on a banner that will hang in the gym during the show!
Platinum Sponsor (7½” x 10” Ad, Back Cover Listing & Banner) $150
If you choose to sponsor a trophy, your name will be printed in our program, as well as announced during the awards portion of the show. The cost to sponsor a trophy is:
First Place: $30
Second Place: $25
Third Place: $20
THE DEADLINE FOR ADS AND SPONSORSHIPS IS WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2017.
If you would like to purchase an ad or sponsor a trophy, please complete the appropriate attached form. You can give your form and payment back to the band member who contacted you, or mail it to Booster Treasurer Susan Seacord at 19 Waverly Drive, Hummelstown, PA 17036.
