THIS IS A STUDENT ACCOUNT FUNDRAISER, SO, YOUR INDIVIDUAL EFFORTS CAN REDUCE YOUR INDIVIDUAL COSTS ON FUTURE TRIPS. Please look thru the brochure and choose your favorites from all the delicious Gianni’s Pizza Kits, Stromboli's, “Mrs. Field’s” cookie dough, cheesecakes, funnel cakes, and “Auntie Anne’s” Pretzel Dogs. This is a great opportunity to reduce your cost.
The sale will run fromApril 20, 2014 thru April 30, 2014. Products will be delivered the week of May 12-16, 2014, so, get everyone to buy their pizzas and snacks from you and support the Lower Dauphin Band. Products can be frozen for up to 3 months, so remind everyone that they can stock up their freezers for Summer.
**PLEASE use the distributed brochure to record your orders. Please collect cash, checks or money orders payable to:Lower Dauphin Band Boosters for your orders at the point of sale. At the end of the sale, please tally your orders to the total line at the bottom of the order form and transfer the totals to the face of the ordering envelope before you hand in your order. IF YOU DID NOT USE YOUR BROCHURE, PLEASE RETURN IT TO Mr. Richardson or Mr. Hutchison SO THEY CAN BE SENT BACK TO GIANNIS AND RECYCLED.
Total orders will be held until full payment is received.Try to be accurate because the order envelope totals will be used to place your order. Return only the order envelope and the money payments to the High School/Middle School Band Room by April 30, 2014. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME, CELL/CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER ENVELOPE. No tax should be charged.

EXACT DATE AND TIME WILL BE ANNOUNCED ONCE ORDER IS PLACED AND CONFIRMED.
PICK UP IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME
VERY IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTE: Sellers are responsible for picking up their orders and should take them immediately to the customer or immediately home and kept refrigerated or frozen. They can be stored in the refrigerator up to 10 days or in the freezer. The school will not have space to store any items not picked up on delivery date. The Band Boosters will not be responsible for any items left at the school after delivery date.
