o This list does not preclude any other person(s) from submitting a site suitability assessment in support of a planning application.
o The council reserve the right to assess the adequacy of any site suitability assessment submitted in support of an application in accordance with their role as a planning authority and in accordance with the proper planning and sustainable development of an area.

Site assessors are employed directly by planning applicants and Louth County Council accepts no responsibility for the quality of reports produced.
The onus remains upon anyone employing the services of persons from the guideline listing to check that professional indemnity insurance is in place and to satisfy themselves with regard to competency and suitability for the services being sought.
