1. License Reconsideration- Jordan Turner salesman license was denied last month due to his criminal background.
2. Alfred D. Luneau d/b/a Luneau Mobile Homes LLC is appealing a fine of $13,000.00 for selling homes without a salesman license.

A. Subpoena
1. Rhonda Michon d/b/a Lake Area Homes Inc. was subpoenaed to discuss the sale of a manufactured home to Nona Faye McFatter.
B. Appeal
a. MGM Homes, LLC d/b/a Oakhurst Mobile Estates and Quail Ridge Mobile Estates are appealing their fine of $800.00 for not submitting monthly reports.
b. Quarles Properties LLC d/b/a Green Leaf Mobile Homes is appealing a fine of $700.00 for not submitting monthly reports.
c. David Ridder d/b/a D.M.B. Mobile Home Sales LLC is appealing a fine of $700.00 for not submitting monthly reports.
d. Chris Hazel Legislative Assistant to Representative Chris Hazel District 27 wrote a letter appealing Nelson Morace $600.00 fine for not installing his home correctly.
