Late Fee: A $10.00 late fee will be added to registration fees per event.
(Registration Fees for individuals that participate in multiple disciplines will be paid per discipline)Youth are allowed to participate in a maximum of (3) three disciplines.
All registration forms and fees must be submitted on or before dates mentioned above in order that plans can be made for competition match schedules and awards.
Each parish is required to submit forms II and IIIonly to State Office(David Boldt). Individual registration (Form I) will be taken from online registration process. Do not turn in form I to State Office. For those events having Team Competition, Only BB Gun Competition MUST identify the team members at the timeyou register online. Substitutions or changes to these teams may be made at the matches.
NOTE:Please note that ALL 4-H shooter athletes who were 10 years old orolder by January 1, 2018, MUST be certified in Hunter Education. This must be verified by the signatures on the last
page of this registration.
