· Revised Plans prepared and submitted to Icon West for re-pricing not to exceed 10% Contingency for the Additional College scope
· FCD to DSA required, but will proceed with GC after Proposal is within the 10% Contingency and negotiated

SSAC: 90% Complete; Elevators approved
Campus Corner Sign: 100% Complete
Campus Security Facility: 99% Complete

Phase 1B: VOIP Phones for Cox Building delivery pending
Phase 2: Wireless for PE Gym Bldg on hold
