#20. CSX on their notification that the highway-rail crossings at Butternut Ridge Rd and Indian Hollow Rd are in disrepair and were re-inspected and rescheduled for repair during 2010 program

#21. Engineer requests $15,000 from LCSWMD funds for the 2010 County Road Litter Crew, this has been done the past 10 years and has been very successful and beneficial that provides seasonal workers to attack the problem of litter which has accumulated along county roadsides throughout the winter months. The funds will provide 6 seasonal workers, a van and maintenance, safety equipment and training (cc:LCSWMD)

#22. Sheriff expresses his deepest gratitude to US Rep Sutton for assistance in obtaining the much needed funding for the Law Enforcement Digital Radio Project Phase II in amount of $245,000. This will allow them to fully equip all cruisers with the digital P-25 complaint mobile units that were desperately needed to meet new federal radio requirements that start in 2010 and completed in 2013.
