The entry fee will only be refunded if a scratching is received before the closing date and must be accompanied by a vet or medical certificate.

Conditions of Entry: Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these conditions.
Entering this competition constitutes acknowledgement that PCAV rules apply, and acceptance of these rules.
All non-PCAV competitors must fill in the “Day Attendance Form”. This form can be found on the PCAV website or available in the clubrooms to fill out on the day.
The Lochard Pony Club will not accept the entry of any child under the age of 16 years of age, on the day of competing, in the ‘Adults in Training’ section.
The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class, alter times, refuse any entry with or without stating the reason.
PCAV membership cards must be presented and handed in at the event office before riding. Competitor numbers will be supplied on presentation of PCAV card or Day attendance form. Back numbers must be worn for all three phases.
Queries, protests, horse abuse and doping rules as per the PCAV handbook of By-laws.
Armbands must be worn and inspected at gear check.
Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property.
Approved riding helmets must be worn in all phases.
Dogs are prohibited without exception.
