  1. Introductions for first meeting of new fiscal year.
  2. Reports
  3. Past president report- Jay Gentry- discussed positive changes made the past year. Every committee now has a chair and co chair. Best shape financially.
  4. President- Wendy Blackwood- Working on creating a leadership handbook, outlining month by month hit list for president elects. Offer more monthly CEU opportunities for members. Separate emails for ArMHCA board members. 1 board member will attend the counseling board meeting each month.
  5. Treasurer report- Lance White-$19,428.70main account, Conference account $2,924.02, paypal account $175.87.$22,528.59 total accounts.
  6. Executive report- Joe Young-no report
  7. Secretary report- Jenna LaMaster. Minutes from last meeting reviewed. Approved wendy 1st, jay 2nd.
  8. Conference report- Wendy Blackwood- 84 attended, 21 exhibitors, 1 unpaid, 28 sessions, 23 speakers, 2 panels, lunch business meeting. Booked 23 rooms. Expenses were $21,575.04. payments $21,999.00. profit $423.96. donations : Fred LaMaster- Yeti, Samantha Long- 2 quilts spa gift certificate. Sponsor- EMDR Solutions $300.00 for t-shirts. Working on increasing membership and expanding conference. Increase exhibitors, and sponsors. Decide on a new site.
  9. Nominations and Awards- Ashley Donaldson- would like to give Dr. Loos an award for his work on the board and in the profession.
  10. Media- Brad Hays and April McSpadden-working on getting different emails for board members. Gmail accounts. Need to search for another company for the app for conference, etc. current app not helpful and too expensive.
  11. Legislative- Jessica Costaldi- going to national next week. Developments every day with health care. Will share information from national at next meeting.
  12. Graduate student committee- Gary Scarbrough-difficulty with UofA chapter getting started up. SAU, JBU, ASU- working on contacting those universities.
  13. Community outreach-Luke Sandlin-
  14. Membership-Aaron Croy- building database for membership- membership card with date to renew.
  15. NWA- KathyClendenen-need updated bylaws. Need more people involved on the board.
  16. UCA chapter-elected new officers, continuing to grow,
