THAT an update to the source protection plan based on the results of the City of Guelph and Township of Guelph/Eramosa’s Tier 3 Water Budget and Local Area Risk Assessment and the related policies be included in the work plan for submission to the MOECC by November 30, 2018.

THAT source protection staff proceed with a Section 34 update to the Halton-Hamilton Source Protection Plan to include the findings of the Greensville Tier 3 Water Budget and Local Area Risk Assessment, to consult with the public on the study findings, and to bring back the proposed update to the September Source Protection Committee meeting for review.
