Regional Sales Consultant

Location: Birmingham Mailbox Based but will need to travel

Hours: 9am – 6pm Mon-Fri

Salary: 23k – 25k

Overview

A Regional Sales Consultant will be responsible for all new business sales across a number of allocated properties in the Citibase network.

This person will be in charge of driving new business through their building allocation to help the building achieve its occupancy budget. This individual will be responsible for picking the sale up at viewing stage, or sometimes earlier, and working through to the end of the sales cycle. This will largely be done by working remotely from Birmingham Mailbox so an excellent telephone manner and the ability to sell over the phone is essential.

On occasions the role will require the RSC to attend a given tour or offer sales holiday cover, this could be at any Citibase location and could involve overnight stops. For this reason the ability to travel at possible short notice is important.

The Regional Sales Manager will need to manage their own pipeline of clients and be able to forecast proficiently into the Director of Sales on a weekly basis. It will be imperative that this person can build rapport with a wide ranging number of individuals, from clients and brokers to colleagues.

This is an intermediate role between entry level sales and a Regional Sales Manager and as such the candidate is expected to need a level of training and guidance throughout the initial process.

The Regional Sales Consultant will also qualify for the same commission structure as the Regional Sales Manager.

Working closely with a Revenue/Commercial Manager and reporting into the Director of Sales:

  • Monitor and Mystery Shop Local Competition
  • Forecast
