How to Participate:

Participation is easy!

  1. Simply ask the customer if they would like to learn more about Cox services.
  2. With their approval, create a referral on their behalf.
  3. Inform the customer that they will be contacted by a Cox Referral Program specialist or they may call the Referral Program Headquarters team at 888-271-7373.
  4. Once the referral results in an installed sale, you will receive a pay out through your Cox Rewards Card. New participants will receive a Cox Rewards card when their first referral converts as a sale. Once you have a card, deposits will occur monthly based on referrals that result in a sale.

What's in it for you?

You’ll earn cumulative rewards monthly for every qualifying product and service referral you generate that results in a sale. In addition, you can earn multiple product awards as a result of a single referral.


The more you refer the more you earn. You’ll receive monthly awards on your Cox Rewards VISA® Prepaid Card, for use at compatible ATMs or anywhere VISA® Prepaid Cards are accepted.

Start by enrolling in the program to earn rewards for referring Cox services.

Start by going to the site located at

  1. Click on Enroll Now and follow the steps
  1. Have the NARPM Member enter their first name, last name, E-mail address and click ‘Yes” if they are 18 years of age or older (the agent must be 18 year or older to participate) and click on “Register Now”. The login and password will be e-mailed to the agent. (*Please be aware that the e-mail may go into their junk e-mail)
  1. Once the NARPM member receives their login and password please have them go back to themain page located at enter their login (email address) and password and click on “login”
  1. The NARPM Member will need to review the terms and conditions of the program. If they agree they will need to choose “I Agree”.

  1. The NARPM Member will need to provide a mailing address for their profile. This will be the address where their Cox Rewards card will be delivered.

  1. The NARPM Member will need to choose the company NARPM to be paid the correct payment amount for referrals. Choose the dropdown menu and choose NARPMas their linked company and then click on “Complete Registration”.
