Event Field Information Sheet
Gates will be open from 11am.
The event runs from 12 noon to 11pm.
Children’s activities will run until 6pm.
- When you receive your wrist band at the entrance – please make sure you wear it at all times. Re-entry will not be permitted to people without a wrist band.
- There will be a variety of entertainment for children (and adults!); face painting, circus skills etc. Some are free and some have a small charge. Feel free to bring your own games as well but please remember to take other visitors’ safety into consideration.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Dogs are welcome but must be well-behaved and kept on a lead at all times.
- Why not bring folding chairsand a gazebo (up to 3m x 3m) to make your visit more comfortable? There will be plenty of room for gazebos to pitch towards the back of the field so they don’t block the view of the stage.
- Don’t forget to bring a brolly (just in case!),a torch and sun cream.
- Sorry – no outdoor cooking is permitted. Food and drink will be on sale throughout the day (details tbc). Otherwise you are welcome to bring a picnic.
- Toilets are available just outside the event field. Nappy changing facilitiesand a disabled toilet are available in the Park’s main toilet block – a short walk from the event field (please see map). It might be an idea to bring your own toilet roll too – just in case. The ones we provide have a habit of going missing!!
- If you have any problems – please look out for a member of staff or visit our information point near the main entrance to the event.
- First Aid is available from the Red Cross - near the main entrance.
- For everyone’s safety – please avoid glassware whenever possible.
- There is a standpipe on site for drinking water. (Please see map).
- Lost children. If you find/lose a child please visit the information point at the main entrance. If you are bringing children it may be a good idea to put your mobile phone number on your child’s wrist band.
- Please make sure you put your rubbish in the bins provided. Thank you.

Camping Information Sheet
- The campsite is close to the event field and will be open from noon on Friday until 4pm on Sunday. Please remember to bring your receipt with you.
- Please report to the steward on arrival.
- Please make sure you attach your camping wrist band to your tent/caravan so that it is easily visible.
- Toilets are available near the camping field. Nappy changing facilities and a disabled toilet are available in the Park’s main toilet block – a short walk from the event field. It might be an idea to bring your own toilet roll too – just in case. The ones we provide have a habit of going missing!!
- Sorry we do not have any electric hook ups.
- Please note – there is a 5mph speed limit on site
- Sorry - no cars (other than caravans and motorhomes) are permitted to stay in the camping field. We want to ensure we keep the camping field a safe place for all the family to enjoy.
- If you have a tent – you are welcome to drive on to the camping field to drop off your equipment but please park in the official car park afterwards.
- If you have a motorhome/caravan – we would be very grateful if you would keep any vehicle movement to an absolute minimum.
- Please note – the maximum pitch size for Motorhome/caravans is 10 x 8m. Please leave a gap of 2m between each pitch.
- Dogs are welcome but must be well-behaved and kept on a lead at all times.
- For safety reasons – please do not use portable BBQs. Only purpose-made cooking appliances are permitted. Please make sure they are raised off the ground to reduce the risk of a fire.
- If you don’t fancy cooking breakfast – why not pop down to the event field and have it cooked for you by (details tbc). They’ll be serving breakfast from 8am – 10am.
- When you arrive – please familiarise yourself with the location of the emergency exits and fire fighting points. Please see map.
- Emergency overnight access is via the main event access road.
- A security guard will be present throughout the night.
