Listed below is a partial schedule for major outages that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Texas Eastern Transmission (TE) system for the 2011 outage season. This schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur during the 2011 outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates below are subject to change. As TE continues to plan for the 2011 outage season, updates to the list below will be posted at the earliest known date.

***Potential Repair Dates: Approximately May 25 – Early to Mid July

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE’s ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE conducted in-line inspection tool runs on line 16 between Santa Fe and Petronilla.

As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could require further detailed investigations, which may lead to a possible reduction of capacity between Santa Fe and Tivoli. Furthermore, if further investigations are required and depending on the level of nominated quantities, restrictions to meters listed below is possible for interruptible, secondary firm services and primary firm services. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. TE estimates that the investigations will begin on May 25 continuing through early to mid July. The following is a list of potential impacted meters:

Main Pass System (ELA): June 1-30

A line lowering on the Main Pass line 40-B system will cause a restriction of supply into the Texas Eastern system for approximately 30 days. This outage will necessitate the shutting-in of impacted Main Pass meters while the work is ongoing. The following is a list of impacted meters:

TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Lufkin and Joaquin station. During this outage, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. In addition restrictions to receipts sourced between Lufkin and Joaquin for delivery outside of Lufkin and Joaquin are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Furthermore, a restriction of receipt points on the 24 inch system is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services.

Pipeline cleaning of Line 11: July 16-18

The pipeline cleaning of line 11 between Lufkin to Joaquin will cause a restriction of receipts on the 24 inch line between Longview/Lebanon for interruptible and secondary firm services. In addition, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Furthermore, restrictions to receipts sourced between Lufkin and Joaquin for delivery outside of Lufkin and Joaquin are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services.

Carthridge to Longview (ETX): July 25- August 1

TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Carthridge and Longview station. During this outage, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points on the 24 inch system is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services.

Longview to Atlanta (ETX): August 2-13

TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Longview and Atlanta station. During this outage, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points on the 24 inch system is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services.

Pipeline cleaning of Line 11: August 14-17

The pipeline cleaning of line 11 between Lufkin to Joaquin will cause a restriction of receipts on the 24 inch line between Longview/Lebanon for interruptible and secondary firm services. In addition, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. Furthermore, restrictions to receipts sourced between Lufkin and Joaquin for delivery outside of Lufkin and Joaquin are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services.

Lufkin to Joaquin (ETX): August 18- September 9

TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance between Lufkin and Joaquin station. During this outage, restrictions to receipts sourced in ETX for delivery outside of that area are anticipated for interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly for primary firm services. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could require further detailed investigations, which may lead to a possible reduction of capacity between Somerset and Berne a single line section. If further investigations are required and depending on the level of nominated quantities, a restriction to receipts source between Little Rock and Somerset for delivery downstream of Somerset is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services and possible for primary firm services. In addition, receipts sourced between Joaquin and Little Rock (ETX) for delivery outside that area is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services. Additionally, the following meters may be unavailable for flow during the outage:

***French Lick Discharge (M2-24): June 1-12

A DOT Hydrostatic test between French Lick and Seymour (a single line system) will cause a restriction to interruptible, secondary firm services and possibly primary firm services for receipts sourced between Little Rock and French Lick for delivery outside of that area. Additionally, a restriction to receipts sourced between Longview and Little Rock for delivery outside of that area is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services.

***Oakland City Discharge (M2-24): June 13-25

A DOT Hydrostatic test between Oakland City and French Lick (a single line system), will cause a restriction of interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly primary firm services sourced upstream of Oakland City for delivery downstream of Oakland City. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points between Longview and Little Rock for delivery outside of that area is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services.

***Norris City Discharge (M1-24): June 26-29

TE will be conducting pipeline maintenance on the discharge of Norris City Station (a single line system), will cause a restriction to interruptible, secondary firm services and possibly primary firm services for receipts sourced upstream of Norris City for delivery downstream of Norris City. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points between Longview and Little Rock is possible for interruptible and secondary firm services.

Lick Creek Discharge (M1-24): June 30 –July 11

A DOT Hydrostatic test between Lick creek and Norris City (a single line system), will cause a restriction of interruptible and secondary firm services and possibly primary firm services for receipts sourced between Lick Creek and Little Rock for delivery outside of that area. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points between Longview and Little Rock for delivery outside of that area is probable for interruptible and secondary firm services.

Crooksville Station (Somerset M2-24): August 1-28

TE will be conducting station maintenance at the Crooksville Station. During this outage, a restriction of interruptible and secondary firm services sourced upstream of Crooksville for delivery downstream of Crooksville will occur. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points between Longview and Little Rock is possible for interruptible and secondary firm services.

Circleville Station (Five Points M2-24): August 29- September 25

TE will be conducting station maintenance at the Circleville Station. During this outage, a restriction of interruptible and secondary firm services sourced upstream of Circleville for delivery downstream of Circleville will occur. Additionally, a restriction of receipt points between Longview and Little Rock is possible for interruptible and secondary firm services.
