- to daughter Jane Coon £5 to be paid within two years of the testators decease, and 2 shillings and 6 pence to be paid every year out of the stamping mill “Tucker Stamps” for the duration of the testator’s “Term” of interest.
- to grandchildren, sons and daughters of Jane Coon, £5 each to be paid within two years of the testators decease.
- to grand-daughter Phillipah Truscott “one feather Bed thrughly furnished whereon she ly and two Large Pewter Dishes and one Small on a half Dozen of pewter plates a Tea kittle and all other my Tea things and one Brass Cellett one box Iron one Iron pott and my Mare and the House and Garden with all the appurtenances that Anthony Truscott now Rents of me and the little Medow behind the House and one Brown Cow and one Iron kittle”.
- to grandson Alexander Truscott “my bay Nagge and Black Cow and the House that I now Lives in and two plotts of Land (that is) the westren plott and the plott above the lane and that part of the Garden which is not before given with all its appurtenances and Like wais all my Houshold Goods which is not before Given and bequead.”
