Clear Round Rosettes will be presented for all clear rounds.

Eligibility. Please enter Grade 1-2 or 3-5 and not both with same Dog. Max 3 Runs per dog.

Grade 1 (Elementary) For owners, handlers or dogs which have not gained a first place in an Agility class or three first places in jumping classes at Kennel club licensed Agility shows. NB Owners, handlers or dogs previously qualified out of Grade 1 ( Elementary) are not eligible for this class.

Grade 2 (Starters) For owners, handlers or dogs which have qualified out of Grade 1 but have not gained a first place in an Agility class or three first places in Jumping Classes at Grade 2 at Kennel Club licensed Agility shows, or elected to progress on points from Grade 1. NB Owners, handlers or dogs previously qualified out of Grade 2 (Starters) are not eligible for this class.

Grade 3 (Graduate) Open to dogs which are nor eligible for Grade 1 or 2 or have elected to progress on points from Grade 2 at Kennel Club licensed Agility Shows and Dogs which are not eligible for Grade 4,5,6 or 7

Grade 4 (Novice) Open to dogs which have gained a first place in an Agility class or three first places in jumping classes at Grade 3 or elected to progress on points from Grade 3 at Kennel Club licensed Agility shows and are not eligible for Grade 3,5,6 or 7

Grade 5 (Intermediate) Open to dogs which have gained a first place in an Agility class or three first places in Jumping classes at Grade 4 or elected to progress on points from Grade 4 at Kennel club licensed Agility shows and are not eligible for Grade 3,4,6,or 7

Please keep your dogs on a lead at all times except in the exercise area (Woods). Please help keep our venue clean and tidy. Use only the designated exercise are (Woods), and please clean up after your dogs. Please note that dogs may not be exercised in surrounding paddocks at this venue, anyone found doing so will be asked to leave.

Refreshments will be available all day.

There will be no camping at this show.

Rules and Regulations.

1.  Dogs entered Kennel Club Licensed Agility Shows must be registered at the Kennel Club in accordance with Kennel Club regulations for classification and registration B. The registration number will be required at entry.

2.  Entry Fees £2.20 per dog per class.

3. The Committee reserves to itself the right to refuse entries. All dogs resident outside the UK must be issued with a Kennel Club Authority to Compete number before entry to the show can be made. All overseas entries without an Authority to Compete number will be returned.

4 . Puppies under 18 calendar months of age on the day of the show are not eligible for Kennel Club Licensed Agility tests.

5. Not for competition entries will be accepted for dogs aged 4 calendar months and over. Dogs must be Kennel Club registered with their details recorded on the entry form.

6. The mating of bitches in the show precincts is forbidden.

7. No bitch in season allowed within the show precinct.

8. No person shall carry out punitive correction of harsh handling of a dog at any time within the boundaries of the show.

9. Dogs may wear a flat collar when under test.

10. Should a Judge be unable to fulfil the appointment to Judge, the committee reserves the right to appoint another Judge.

11. A Judge at an Agility Test may not enter for competition a dog, which is recorded in their ownership or part ownership : or handle a dog at the test at which they are judging.

12. No competitor shall impugn the decision of the Judge or Judges.

13. Marking: The standard marking contained in Annex B to H(1) Regulations shall apply to all classes. Any variation on this standard shall be given in the Judges briefing before the class commences.

14. Obstacles shall be in accordance with Annex B to H(1) regulations.

15.  Jump Heights – Large Dogs 65cm"

16.  A dog shall be withdrawn from competition, and removed from Test if it is :

(a) A bitch which is in season.

(b) Suffering from any infectious, or contagious disease.

(c) Interfering with the safety or chance of winning of an opponent.

(d) Of such temperament, or is so much out of hand as to be a danger to the safety of any other person or animal.

(e) Likely to cause suffering to the dog if it continues.

17. In estimating the number of awards won, all wins up to and including 7 days before the date of closing of entries ( Sat. 22nd September.) shall be counted when entering for any class. This date is Sat 15th September 2007.

18. It is the competitors’ responsibility to be available for their class and running order.

19. Should circumstances dictate, the Committee in consultation with the Judges, may alter arrangements as necessary. Such changes and the circumstances surrounding them will be reported to the Kennel Club.

20. Any alteration to this schedule will be published on Agility net and Agility forum and this will be deemed sufficient notice.

21. Competitors briefing will be held prior to the start of each class, they will be allowed to walk the course, but without the dog accompanying the handler.

22. All dogs entered at the owners risk, and whilst taking every care, Tuffley Agility Club cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused to dogs, persons or property whilst at the show.

23. Competitors are responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by them, their dogs or property to any other person whilst at the show.

24. No practice will be allowed before, during or after the show, and no dog will be allowed in the ring at any other time than when competing.

25. In all matters concerning the competition, the Judges decision will be final, in all other matters, the decision of the Show Committee will be final.

26. The Committee reserves the right to defray any costs from the entry fees should the event be cancelled.

How To Find Us.

From Gloucester: take the A48 towards Chepstow, through Blakeney take the turn signposted Viney Hill and Yorkley. Follow this for 2 miles and turn left at the Bailey Public house. Turn right into Yorkley Wood Road and follow to the end.

From Wales and Chepstow (M49): take the A48 signposted Gloucester and Lydney. At Lydney (do not follow ring road) turn left in the main Highstreet just past Woolworths signposted Yorkley.

From Monmouth (A40) take the A4136 signposted Coleford/ Forest of Dean. After passing Coleford turn right and follow B4431 to Park End. At Park End turn left and follow signs for Yorkley. At Yorkley turn right at the Bailey Public house towards Lydney. Turn right into Yorkley Wood Road and follow to the end.

The Venue will be signposted from Yorkley Village.
