Limited 1-Year Warranty

Sun Dome Incorporated warrants to the original purchaser its Sun Dome to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year after the date of purchase as shown on a bill of sale.

What is covered by the warranty:

If there is a defect in material or workmanship in your Sun Dome and if you follow the instructions for proper initial installation, re-installation in the spring, use and maintenance, Sun Dome Incorporated will replace (or at its option repair) your Sun Dome (but will not bear the expense of installation or removal of your Sun Dome).

Sun Dome Incorporated’s Limited One -Year Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in the frame or cover of your Sun Dome.

What is not covered: exclusions

Sun Dome Incorporated’s Limited One-Year Warranty does not cover the following:

(1) natural wearing of materials(5) improper use or maintenance

(2) chemical corrosion(6) abuse

(3) improper installation(7) vandalism

(4) damage caused by snow, ice, or other adverse(8) discoloration

weather conditions, or acts of God

Claim Procedure

Here’s what to do:

Step #1 – Please contact your dealer about problems that come up under the Warranty. You must do so within one (1) year of purchasing the Sun Dome. The dealer will then check your Sun Dome and will report to Sun Dome Inc. Sun Dome Inc. and not your dealer will then determine whether your claim will be honored under the Limited One-Year Warranty within 30 days of the dealer’s submission of your claim. If Sun Dome Inc. wants you or your dealer to return the Sun Dome to the factory, it will issue a returned goods authorization. If you cannot contact your dealer, then call or write Sun Dome Inc.

Step #2 – If a warranty claim is allowed by Sun Dome Inc., Sun Dome Inc. will replace or repair the Sun Dome according to the terms and conditions of this Limited One-Year Warranty. If Sun Dome Inc. has issued a returned goods authorization, the customer will pay the cost of freight to return the Sun dome to Sun Dome Inc. for inspection and review of the claim. If the Sun Dome is found to be defective, Sun Dome Inc. will ship the repaired or new Sun Dome to you, freight prepaid.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
