A.  Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 6:07

B.  Prayer – Mr. Hilliard led everyone in prayer.

C.  Pledge of Allegiance – Mr. King led everyone in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.

D.  Roll Call - Those in attendance were Mr. Anthony Hilliard, Mr. John Wayne King, Mr. Earl Glaze, Mr. James Shannon, Mr. Charles Shoulders and Dr. Barry Carroll, Superintendent. Mr. Darin Russell and Mr. Bryant Moss were absent.

Dr. Carroll recommended the Board approve the agenda. Mr. Shoulders made a motion, seconded by Mr. Shannon. The vote was unanimous.

3.  Kim Walker requests the use of both gyms for Basketball Skills Clinic October 13-15, 2008

B.  Cedar Hill Elementary – Girl Scout group requests the use of a classroom on Thursday afternoons for meetings, September, 2008-May, 2009
