If the application is granted, it will allow the following activities to take place:-

Sale of Alcohol from Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 01:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:00.
Playing of Films, Live & Recorded Music, performance of Dance, anything of a similar description, and also the Provision of facilities for making music, dance and entertainment of a similar nature from Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 01:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:00.
The provision of Late Night Refreshment from Monday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:00 hrs, Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 01:30 and Sunday 23:00 to 00:00.
Christmas Eve hours for all activities: On the day of the 24th December where it falls between Sunday & Thursday an additional hour is to be permitted.
New Years hours for all activities: From the end of alcohol sales on the 31st December until the start of alcohol sales on the following day.
Opening Hours of the premises to be from Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:30, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 02:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:30.

The Royal Oak, Kitters Green, Abbots Langley WD5 0ET / An application has been made to the Council for: a variation of the existing premises licence forthe aforementioned establishment.
If the application is granted, it will allow the following activities to take place:-

The supply of alcohol Monday to Thursday from 10:00 – 00:00 hours.
To permit Live/Recoded music and Karaoke Monday to Saturday from 10:00 – 00:00 hours.
Provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description to music or dance Monday to Saturday from 10:00 – 00:00 hrs.
An additional 30 minutes drinking up time in addition to the time for the last permitted sale of alcohol.
To remove the following conditions:-
1, The pub complies with the smoking charter & maximum effort is placed on providing a smoke free environment with use of mechanical smoke extractors and a smoke filter,

2, Standard glasses are gradually being phased out in preference for shatter proof/toughened glass.
3, Music or Karaoke shall not at any time be audible at the boundary of Castano Court.

To amend the following conditions:-

1, “ The beer garden to be closed at 22:30 hrs on all days of the week and the lights turned off” to be amended to – “ There shall be no consumption of alcohol and/or food in the beer garden after 22:30 hrs.”
2, “ Live music and karaoke limited to two entertainers at any one time and to end at 23:00 hours” to be amended to – “ Live music and karaoke to end at 00:00 hours”.

All other hours, licensable activities, non-standard timings & conditions are to remain unchanged.
