Part 2 / After 20 min: team exercise (35 min)
-Each team member shares the decision they selected for homework
-Identify two to focus on as a team
-For each decision selected spend 15 minutes discussing:
- What is the current process, and why is this difficult?
- What is the new RAPID process you would suggest?
- What might make implementation difficult?
- Are there decision behaviors beyond role clarity that need attention?
-In which decisions could we benefit from using the RAPID tool?
-On which behaviors might we focus in order to improve our decisions as a team?
