Thank you for your interest to lease our Landlord’s Premises stated above. On behalf of our Landlord, we are pleased to offer you a lease subject to the following main terms and conditions:

Acceptance by Tenant
We confirm taking the lease of this Premise based on the main terms and conditions aforesaid and also unconditionally accept the covenants in the Tenancy Agreement enclosed.
We enclose a cheque of $______(cheque No.: ______) made in favour of “______” (landlord’s name) being the deposit equivalent to One (1) month’s rent. We understand that if we fail to sign the Tenancy Agreement before the commencement of lease, our deposit will be forfeited by Landlord and neither party shall have any claims against each other.
