If your King Street Dining Voucher is lost or stolen, we are unable to stop your King Street Dining Voucher value being used.
Terms and conditions: these conditions apply to use of the King Street Dining Voucher, issued by Lendlease (we, us, our). Purchase or use of this King Street Dining Voucher constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use. If you let another person use yourKing Street Dining Voucher, you must tell them that they will be bound by these terms and conditions.
QLD law applies to these terms and conditions. By using your King Street Dining Voucher you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of QLD.
The King Street Dining Voucher may be used to purchase goods or services at participatingrestaurants on King Street, provided that the King Street Dining Voucher has enough unused value to make the purchase. 1. King Street Dining Vouchers will be dispatched within 48 hours after purchase and cannot be redeemed forcash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new King Street Dining Voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, debit or credit cards or securities.
2. Keep your King Street Dining Voucher secure – anyone holding the King Street Dining Voucher can use its value to make purchases. We are unable to stop King Street Dining Voucher value being used.
3. King Street Dining Vouchers can be purchased in denominations of $10, $25, $50 & $100 vouchers.
4. We may replace a faulty King Street Dining Voucher. Any replacement King Street Dining Voucher will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and original expiry date. Email . We may subject King Street Dining Vouchers to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
5. If you have a query or complaint about the King Street Dining Voucher, please raise it through any of our contact channels. We are not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any food, beverage or services purchased with the gift card. Any dispute about food, beverage and services purchased with the King Street Dining Voucher must be resolved with the restaurant and/or café. Except for rights which cannot be excluded, any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation or otherwise are excluded from these conditions of use. To the extent
permitted by law, are liability is limited to replacing faulty King Street Dining Vouchers.

without notice. If so, we may provide a refund of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a King Street Dining Voucher. The gift card remains our property.

EXPIRY DATE: THE KING STREET DINING VOUCHER WILL EXPIRE ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME MERCHANTS MAY CHOOSE NOT TO ACCEPT THE GIFT CARD.
Check the expiry date on your King Street Dining Voucher as soon as you receive it. After the King Street Dining Voucher has expired, it is no longer valid.
