STOCKING AND TRANSPORT
The delivery will meet all Dutch laws that are related to the stocking and transporting of food products. On request of Lekkerland Nederland BV, a printout of the temperature during transport in the cooltruck, will be handed over (if possible).ANALYSES INCOMING PRODUCTS
The responsibility of supplying and keeping the product specification up to date has to be taken by you as supplier/manufacturer. Requests for information about your products, by customers of Lekkerland Nederland BV, will be forwarded to you, with trust this will be handled correct and direct with the customer.
Lekkerland Nederland BV will refuse en return the products to the supplierif the delivered products don’t match the quality demands, product specifications and/ or order.
When Lekkerland Nederland BV, because of legitimate reasons, returns products to the supplier, at all times will have the choice of an acceptable alternative at the same day.
Costs that have to be made by Lekkerland Nederland BV in case of refusing products, can be forwarded to you as supplier.
The undersigned confirms to agree with the content of this document RF13.1, as a part of the agreement between Lekkerland Nederland BV and the supplier.
