1.0  Preliminaries

1.1  Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM

2.1 RDA 444

Applicant: Lawrence Sherman

Location: 6 Lower Road

Project Description: removal of 3 Eastern white pine trees to be replaced with new plantings. Stumps will be ground

Paul motioned to close the Public Hearing and issue a Negative Determination. Motion was seconded by Joe and carried 5-0.

2.2 RDA 445

Applicant: Stella Realty Partners Hudson, LLC

Location: 34 Tower Street

Project Description: Resurface the existing paved parking lot, remove vegetation within the 100’ buffer zone.

Leif motioned to continue to the May 16 meeting (which was later postponed to May 30) and to conduct a site visit on May 7 at 6:00 PM. The motion was seconded by Joe and carried 5-0.

2.3 DEP 190-0562 Amendment to the Order of Conditions

Applicant: Calebe DeCastro

Location: 80 River Street

Project: install a 6’ chain link fence on property between 78 and 80 River Street and along the back of the property.

Paul motioned to revisit the Order of Conditions. The motion was seconded by Dave and carried 5-0. Mr. Rodrigues will conduct a site visit and the hearing will be continued on May 30.

Minot motioned to approve the Minutes. Motion was seconded by Paul and carried 4-0-1
