In order to satisfy our governance requirements, we are required to ensure that no one in your organisation, who is in a position to enter into a contract with Havebury, is related in any way to anyone at Havebury Housing Partnership who is also in a position to enter into a contract with your company.
Enclosed are the declaration and a list of Havebury Directors and Senior Managers responsible for letting contracts. Would you please complete the attached declaration and return it to me as soon as possible.

Havebury must ensure that it complies with the National Housing Federation’s Code of Conduct, ie Havebury may not make a payment or grant a benefit to a Committee or Board Member, Officer or Employee of Havebury save and except in certain specified circumstances. Havebury therefore requires Tenderers to answer the following questions after enquiry:
