Right Operating Valve

For the operating instructions of the petrol engine please refer to the enclosed leaflet from the manufacturer, Briggs & Stratton

Hydraulic power units with petrol engine are delivered with gasoline tanks empty. Before initial operation they must be filled with fuel according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Use the ignition aid (automatic choke) at temperatures below –20º and open the throttle valve to at least half.

Operation:
Start the motor, bring the operating valve into the desired position: / Left Operating Valve / Right Operating Valve
Alternative Operation: (Double Speed)
Both operating valves to the left position =
Turbo oil flow to the left hose pair.
Both operating valves to the right position =
Turbo oil flow to the right hose pair.
Simultaneous Operation: (Standard Speed)
Left operating valve to the left position,
right oprating valve to the right position =
Oil flow in both hose pairs /

/

The power unit also operates if, for example, the left operating valve is to the left
position, and the right operating valve is in the neutral position or vice versa. (Standard
Speed).

Upon completion of your work:

Close spreader and combi-tool (leaving a 5 mm gap), open cutter, retract cylinder (again leaving a 5 mm gap). Bring operating valve into neutral position. Stop and switch off the motor. Immediately after disconnecting the high pressure hoses replace the protective caps to prevent dirt penetration.

V 50

Applications:

The V 50 hydraulic power unit can operate spreaders, cutters, combi-tools, and all rescue cylinders of our product range.

.

Because of different pressures, fluids and couplings, other brands cannot be combined with our products. (Please refer to your distributor for compatibility approval.)

Important Instructions:

To ensure that the power unit is ready for use all times, the following should be carried out:

1)After every use, the power unit and accessories must be given a visual check-over/

inspection.

2)Repair or replace any damaged parts noted.

3)Follow the maintenance instructions for the petrol driven motors.

4)Keep all couplings and hoses clean. Replace protective caps when not in use.

Check the oil level after each operation.

The power unit should not be operated at an angle exceeding 20°.

Drive:

Four-stroke Briggs & Stratton petrol engine, cylinder capacity 190 cu. cm, power output 3.3 kW at 3100 r.p.m.

The original features of WEBERHYDRAULIK Rescue Equipment must remain unchanged for operation, with no modification of form and performance.

On no account should a readjustment of the pressure relief valves be carried out (factory set at 630 bar).

Changing the Hydraulic Fluid:

Oil replacement on power units and hand pumps is recommended after 100 operating hours or three years usage (whichever occurs first).

Remove drain plug in the base of the oil tank. If necessary, clean the tank out with petrol.

Fill only with hydraulic oil of mineral oil basis: (NATO CODE: MIL-H-5606 A)

Original Filling : Shell Aero Fluid 4

IMPORTANT NOTE:Under no circumstances refill with brake fluid,

engine oil, petrol or similar fluids.
