The Meeting was called to order at 12pm at the presidents’ room.

Motion: To modify and approve the minute of the last Executive meeting 29 June 2013

Resolved: The Lee Brenwei Day Program was discussed and corrected to final Draft.

Meeting Commenced with One (1) Main Agenda.

THE LEE BRENWEI DAY PROGRAM

Executive has sat to edit the Official Lee Brenwei Day Program that has been drafted during the last meeting.

It has been moved and approved that there will be a day before the LB Day, (a week before) allocated for the Health (medical)checkupsfor ALL LB Citizen. It will be conducted by the following people:

  • Watson Benua
  • JanredyLunabek
  • (Basil Aitip)

Between those two days program, their results will be examine and prepared on PowerPoint to be presented on our official day.

Based on the Speeches, Executive has decided not to include any official speeches for any outside individual and or organisation. It is our first time, we have a lot to do ourselves before we can pick outside.

Under Equipment section, we need a lot of help from that, any negotiation will be appreciated.

All Costs are approximates, approximations are high so we need to budget high. Remember Expenses will be high in island.

Any matter not included must be raised earlier prior to our Day.
