Purpose oftheJob

LeasingConsultants have primary marketingresponsibilitiesastheypertain to interfacingwith prospective residents at thecommunity, handlingday-to-dayissueswithcurrentresidents,and coordinatingthe renewals ofexistingleases.

Essential FunctionsandResponsibilities

  • Provideexcellentservice toallresidents, prospects and visitorstothe community
  • Effectivelyleaseapartmentsand sellproperty’s products and services inaccordance withbudget guidelines
  • FollowFairHousingStandardsin allmatters when workingwith prospectsandresidents
  • Followup onleasingtrafficentries andmonitortraffictrends
  • Maintainthorough productknowledge ofpropertyandthatofmajorcompetition
  • Conductoutside marketingactivitiesin order toposition Bellcommunitiesas communitiesofchoice
  • Coordinate the applicationreview foreachleaseincludingcreditandincome verifications Complete leasepackets andfilesforeach residenttoincludethe lease,alladdendums and other properdocumentationas indicatedon checklist
  • Ensurethe conditionofleased apartmentspriorto move-in, includinga finalinspection and walk through with resident
  • Followup with residentsthroughouttheirleaseterms and coordinate the renewalprocessforeach lease
  • Provide excellentcustomerservicetoresidents,ensuringtheirneeds are met
