Purpose oftheJob
LeasingConsultants have primary marketingresponsibilitiesastheypertain to interfacingwith prospective residents at thecommunity, handlingday-to-dayissueswithcurrentresidents,and coordinatingthe renewals ofexistingleases.
Essential FunctionsandResponsibilities
- Provideexcellentservice toallresidents, prospects and visitorstothe community
- Effectivelyleaseapartmentsand sellproperty’s products and services inaccordance withbudget guidelines
- FollowFairHousingStandardsin allmatters when workingwith prospectsandresidents
- Followup onleasingtrafficentries andmonitortraffictrends
- Maintainthorough productknowledge ofpropertyandthatofmajorcompetition
- Conductoutside marketingactivitiesin order toposition Bellcommunitiesas communitiesofchoice
- Coordinate the applicationreview foreachleaseincludingcreditandincome verifications Complete leasepackets andfilesforeach residenttoincludethe lease,alladdendums and other properdocumentationas indicatedon checklist
- Ensurethe conditionofleased apartmentspriorto move-in, includinga finalinspection and walk through with resident
- Followup with residentsthroughouttheirleaseterms and coordinate the renewalprocessforeach lease
- Provide excellentcustomerservicetoresidents,ensuringtheirneeds are met
