Since 2012, we have developed Teacher, School Leader, and District Leader Evaluation Models and an instructional model, the Essentials for Achieving Rigor, in partnership with Dr. Robert Marzano. LSI founded the Learning Sciences Marzano Center in 2012. In 2014, we established the Learning Sciences Dylan Wiliam Center in partnership with Dr. Dylan Wiliam to conduct research and train teachers in using Embedded Formative Assessment. Both Centers hold annual international education conferences attracting thousands of K–12 teachers, school leaders, and district personnel.

Also in 2014, Learning Sciences founded its Publishing division to further the company mission by providing unparalleled print and e-resources for teachers and K–12 educators at every level, and to publish significant new work by a globally renowned team of educational researchers and practitioners.

That same year, Learning Sciences initiated partnerships withnearly a dozen U.S. K–12 public schools to implement Demonstration Schools for Rigor and Intensive School Supports, dedicated to whole-school innovation in 21st Century leadership, teaching, and learning.
