NEW!The large, gusseted DRC bags must be placed inside boxes before stacking answer documents in the box. Scorable materials are placed in the bags for protection from water or other potential damage during transit. Bags and boxes are to be left open until verified by DTC or his designees. Bags and boxes will be sealed at the conclusion of the district drop-off.Diagram and Directions – STC Manual – page 70.

ForLEAP, used answer documents for more than one grade may be boxed together with the highest grade on bottom to lowest grade on top.

Number boxes on side of each box under Box Flap – 1 of X, 2 of X, 3 of X, … etc.

Affix a green DRC return label to FLAP A on the top of each school box for LEAP.

  • Copies of completed forms for Student Test Accommodations (to DTC)

Original Student Rosters with documentation in Accountability Folder on file for three years stored at school.
