LDRS 24 Contests and Promotions
Who can participate??? Members of Tripoli Rocketry Association who are currently certified Level 1, 2 or 3.
What: This Promotionis open to Certified Members of Tripoli Rocketry Association. We are Giving Away Free Motor Reloads for members looking to certify level 2 or 3. Reloads will be available from the Contrail Rockets Booth. People looking for Free Reloads who are not certifying are applicable as well!
When: The contest will be held during the first 4 Days of LDRS 24. Please See the Contrail Rockets Booth As soon as Possible to Verify you are present to receive your reload.
Location: LDRS 24 Launch Site, A.k.a.RocLake, just outside of Lethbridge, Canada.
Why: This Promotion will open up flyers new to High Power, or hybrid Rocket Motorsto Contrail Rocket Motors. IT will also give members looking to certify Level 2 and 3 With a Reload for their personal use for their certification flight.
How to Sign Up: If you will be entering a Promotion by Contrail Rockets LLC. We ask that you e-mail us regarding your project before hand. However, you can sign up at the launch as well. Signing up at the launch does not guarantee a reload however. Motors are given on a first come, first serve basis.
How to receive your Free Reload: To receive your free reload you will need to contact Contrail Rockets LLC. prior to LDRS 24 or at the Contrail Rockets Vendor Booth at LDRS 24 to be put on the list for Flight Sponsorship.
Motors to Be Given Away: Motors to be given away at LDRS are as follows:
K-Impulse Reloads: (10) K-Impulse Reloads Max
L-Impulse Reloads: (10) L-Impulse Reloads Max
M-Impulse Reloads: (10) M-impulse Reloads Max

Rules:
1)All Rockets Must be Approved by the RSO and LCO in order to fly.
2)All Participants of this Promotion must be registered flyers at LDRS 24.
3)Flyers of Contrail Rocket hybrid must Currently have a Contrail Rocket Case, Borrow a Case, Rent A Case, or Purchase a Case for use with Free Reload.
4)Rentals will be available at LDRS 24 for all Contrail Rocket Motors.
5)Flyers Must Present Contrail Rockets with their Rocket which they want to fly prior to receiving Free Reload.
6)Participant must use some type of Electronic Recovery Device for Parachute Deployment.
7)Contrail Rockets LLC. Will not be held responsible for destroyed rockets. This contest has the possibility to push rockets to their limit. Please Be Aware of Risks!
8)Have Fun Flying Hybrids!
Tips and Tricks to Receiving Free Reload:
1)Contact Contrail Rockets Beforehand!
2)Motors are given on a first come first serve basis. So The Sooner you Contact Contrail Rockets the Better.
3)Flyers looking to certify Level 3 Must have TAP Members and a Completed Rocket at LDRS 24. If certifying Level 3 in this contest please contact us ASAP.
