4. What is your plan for development of a training program in your area once we leave and sustaining this effort? We will provide curriculum materials, $3,500 in startup funds and follow up technical assistance (please see attached project description for details on follow up technical assistance) after the training.
5. Trainers in training should be law enforcement officers who have experience in investigating sexual assault cases and are victim-centered. They will attend the two day training and are expected to continue training with the materials we provide to the site once we leave. We encourage you to partner with sexual assault advocates as trainers in training for portions of trainings. Please include any advocate partners who may assist in this training.

6. Please provide a minimum of 2 letters of support or Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with law enforcement agencies(including state, county, local, university, Tribal, and Department of Corrections law enforcement) that would send their officers to the training. See attached template for MOU. To be eligible for this project, you must be able to recruit 40-100 officers for the two day training as well as the 6 trainers in training.

7. This project requires a high level of commitment from the selected sites. If selected, you will be required to sign a Memorandum of Understanding that you will:
- Have the capability and infrastructure to continue a training program once the 2-day training is completed with the support of the Task Force
- Assign a coordinator to the project to manage duties and timely correspondence
- Recruit 40-100 law enforcement officers for training
- Recruit a minimum of 6 law enforcement trainers in training to attend the training and become a trainer/instructor after training
- Manage logistics including training site location, registration, scholarship dispersal
- Participate in post training follow up calls
