The charter price includes the use of the yacht and its facilities by the crew members, the associated natural wear of the yacht and its equipment, the insurance premiums of the insurances mentioned in § 4 of the General Conditions, as well as the usual services of maintainer at the berth of the yacht.
2. Payments
The deposit of 50.00% is payable upon conclusion of the contract, the remaining payment of 50.00% at least 4 weeks prior to departure. After a course of payments the charterer gets the board pass which identifies him at the output
port as a Charter claimant.
Final cleaning and extras to be paid locally in cash or by credit card.
The security deposit is due upon acceptance of the yacht in the amount of the stated amount in the booking confirmation and will be made in cash or with credit card deposit.
3. Seamanship
The charterer declares that he (or skipper mentioned in point 4) he has all seafaring skills which are required to sail a vessel in open waters. The specified skipper is the owner of the following certificates (exact name,

All qualifications need to be carried with at takeover of the yacht. Identity card, driving licenses, voice radio certificate and others shall be attached by a copy.

All crewmembers are vicarious agents. The Charterer undertakes to send up a complete crew list to 4 weeks before charter starts to Lava Charter SLU.
