Specialty Areas

We design interventions that look at both the current challenge an individual may be facing as well as the underlying issues that are probably contributing to these challenges. For example, a teenager who wants to have a more fulfilling social life might need to explore their social perception, and theory of mind skills. That same teenager may struggle with anxiety and need assistance in developing strategies that increase coping and the ability to relax. Given the complexity of peoples’ lives, we specialize in a number of different areas. These include, but are not limited to:

Relationship Skills
Depression
Anxiety
Autism Spectrum Disorders
Teen Issues
School Programming
Attention Issues
Behavioral Challenges
Sibling Issues
Self-Awareness
Self-Regulation
Executive Function
Emotions and Sensory Issues
